EXCEL to PDF
Convert Microsoft Office Documents into PDF
files is quite easy and can be done in multiple ways.
If you own MS Office 2010 then you
are quite lucky as converting Excel to PDF is built
in to the software. otherwise skip further down the
page and follow the more general approach which is
demonstrated in this guide.
Excel to PDF - Out of the Box
Method (only
in Microsoft Office 2010):
1. open your document, from the top menu
choose "File" ->
roll down to "Share" and
choose "Create a PDF/XPS
Document"

2. Choose a
location to save the PDF. Best save it to Desktop or My
Documents for easy access.
Make Sure the
"File Format" is set to PDF!

3. Click on
"Publish"

General Method for Excel to PDF
conversions (Suitable for all versions):
NOTE!
Step 1 and 2 need to be completed
only ONCE for each computer. If you've done them in the
past then you can skip to step 3.
1. First download a FREE pdf printer. You can
download the latest version from
here in .zip format or use our mirror to
download the .exe file you that can run without
hassle here.
2. Run the file you've just downloaded, and
install the program:

1. Open the
file
2. Click
OK
3. Click
Next
4. Accept the
agreement
5. Click
Next
6. Click
Next
7. Click
Next
8. Click
Install
-Wait for the setup
to complete-
9.Click
Finish

3. Open the Spread Sheet you wish to
convert

4. Press Ctrl+P
or click the "File" menu (Big Round
button on top-left corner) and Select
"Print"

5. Change the Printer to "Bullzip PDF
Printer" and click OK

6. Choose a name and location for your PDF. Best
save it to the Desktop or My Documents for easy access.
You can change the Author and Title in the "Document" tab
if you wish. When you are done click "Save" on the
bottom.
That's it! Now
just close Microsoft Excel and go to
where you saved your new PDF (e.g.
Desktop).
